THE PLINTH PROJECT

2010-2011

CONTAINER will be presenting a series of six newly commissioned works in an exciting collaboration with Bristol City Museum & Art Gallery. The Plinth Project starts in March 2010 with a new sculpture by Ben Rowe.

We have been asked to deliver a program of new work made especially for the empty plinth in the entrance foyer of the Museum. This project continues to develop the links that are being established between the Bristol City Museum and outside artist led groups.

Ben Rowe gets the ball rolling with a new MDF sculpture.
